How long does it take to prepare my order?
Pickup orders are ready in about 20–25 minutes. Delivery orders arrive in about 35–45 minutes depending on your distance from 1231 River Street. You'll get an SMS confirmation with a live ETA as soon as your order is confirmed by our kitchen.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
Direct delivery has a $15 minimum and a flat $4.99 delivery fee within our service radius. Pickup has no minimum. Third-party apps like Uber Eats and Grubhub have their own minimums and fees.
Which Boston neighborhoods do you deliver to?
We deliver directly to Hyde Park, Mattapan, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Dedham, Milton, and parts of Jamaica Plain and Dorchester. For addresses outside these zones, please use Uber Eats or Grubhub.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes. After you pick your items, choose "Schedule for later" at checkout and select a time up to 7 days ahead. Great for office lunches, parties, and busy weeknights.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegetarian options?
Yes. Most of our proteins are naturally gluten-free. Arepas, rice, and beans are gluten-free. We have vegetarian options including veggie omelets, patacones con guacamole, and arepa de chócolo con quesito. Ask in the order notes for dietary modifications.
How do I order for a large group or party?
